bendaroos....

yesterday i had a "free $10 card" to kohl's in my wallet and a little time to spare.

i happened to be passing by a kohl's, so i decided to drag the little one in...to see what we could find.

something came over me (ha ha)...i felt like being a nice mom and letting the kids get something....

so hudson and i picked out a box of 300 bendaroos.

the boys have been wanting these things for a long time...

and since they were (pretty much) free (i did have to pay $1.35)....i thought i'd go ahead and treat them!

we picked bryson up from school and he was so excited to get home and play.

on the way home, he asked why i just went out and bought something for them.

i told him that they were free, to which he said....

"but mom, i thought you said nothing in this life is ever free!"

...oh boy! that kid is too much for me sometimes.

anyway....the bendaroos have been a hit and they are currently overtaking my home.

i can only handle them all over my walls for so long.

they are coming down today!! but....i thought i'd take some pics of their creations first....
