no matter what

the Lord often speaks to me through songs and music.

i love, love, love music and i love lyrics that have depth.

i love a newish song called no matter what. the artist's (kerrie roberts) lyrics describe how before anything (pain, trouble, etc.) can touch our lives....it has to go through the Father's hands. we don't often know why "hard" things are happening in our lives, but we do know that God's Word promises that He will never leave us, nor forsake us. we have to choose to trust Him....NO MATTER WHAT. and here's something that i've been thinking about lately...when i worry, i'm basically telling my heavenly Father that i don't trust Him with my life. why do i often think that i can handle things better than He can??

daisy's family is trusting God. daisy is battling cancer, but that is not stopping her or her family from trusting that their "Father knows best."

my family prays for daisy, and though i've never met her...she has such a special place in my heart. i ask that you would lift her up in prayer.

i have decided that i will trust my Lord....no matter what. i pray you can, too.
